I knew I was in Worcester at a sports pub with great people when I first walked into The Banner Bar & Grille. I had just arrived to register for the May 21st Worcester Pub Run when Matt and Jen greeted me like we were old friends. Matt is also a well accomplished runner, but, he just came to cheer us on that day.Â
The Guinness count down to St. Patrick’s Day showed some of the old Irish in the town spirit and the back of the shirt showed the pub’s loyalty to sports and the Bruins.Â
The Banner Bar and Grille was a great place, on a great day to have a fund raising pub run.Â
