Here are some of the great runners I met at the Norwood July 4th 5k. Sherry(white cap) and I were both sporting foot injuries and should not have been running a road race. She promised she wouldn’t tell anyone on me and I promised I wouldn’t…….well I haven’t told anyone not reading this story. Does that count

Cathy ran partially because she 
wanted to and partially because her husband is the superintendent of the school receiving the benefits from the race. However, as you can see, she claimed a victory metal and made her efforts even more rewarding for herself. “Congrats” to you Cathy.
Little Ciaran is actually a bit camera shy. But me and his dad, Tim, were able 
to catch a great shot of the two of them. By the way, They both were in the race. Pretty cool…
